1. Scope of Services

By purchasing any service, program, digital product, or offering from NextVersionNow (“Services”), you (“Client”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Services may include, but are not limited to:

  • 1:1 coaching sessions

  • Coaching packages and containers

  • Digital courses, guides, and e-books

  • Educational and personal development content

All Services are provided for educational, informational, and personal development purposes only.

NextVersionNow does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

2. Payment Terms & No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are committing to a service, digital product, or reserved time allocation

  • No refunds, partial refunds, or chargebacks will be issued under any circumstances, including:

    • Change of mind

    • Perceived lack of results

    • Scheduling conflicts

    • Failure to attend or complete services

Any attempt to initiate a chargeback will be considered a breach of this agreement and may be formally disputed.

Payment is required in full prior to service delivery unless otherwise agreed.

For coaching packages, all sessions must be used within the agreed timeframe or they will be forfeited.

3. Scheduling, Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

All scheduled sessions are reserved exclusively for you.

  • A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to reschedule

  • Late rescheduling requests may be declined or subject to a fee of up to 50%

  • Missed sessions without notice are forfeited in full

No refunds or make-up sessions will be provided for no-shows.

4. Digital Products & Course Access

Due to the immediate access nature of digital products (including courses, guides, and e-books):

  • All digital purchases are final and non-refundable

  • Unauthorized sharing, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited

  • Access may be revoked without refund if misuse or violation occurs

5. Client Responsibility & Results Disclaimer

NextVersionNow provides coaching, guidance, and digital content designed to support personal growth, mindset development, and self-concept work, including topics related to manifestation.

By participating in any Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Results are not guaranteed under any circumstance

  • Manifestation, mindset, and personal development practices are subjective and individualized

  • Outcomes may vary significantly based on factors including, but not limited to:

    • Personal effort and consistency

    • Emotional and mental state

    • External circumstances beyond the coach’s control

You understand that:

  • Any examples, testimonials, or client experiences shared are for illustrative purposes only

  • They do not represent or guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results

NextVersionNow does not guarantee:

  • Specific personal, relational, financial, or lifestyle outcomes

  • That any desired manifestation will occur

All Services and content are intended to support self-exploration and personal empowerment, not to promise or ensure specific results.

By engaging with this work, you accept full responsibility for:

  • Your interpretations

  • Your actions

  • Your results

You further acknowledge that manifestation-related content is not a substitute for practical decision-making, professional advice, or real-world action.

6. Confidentiality

All personal information shared within coaching sessions will be kept confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent harm.

This includes:

  • Risk of harm to self or others

  • Legal obligations, subpoenas, or court orders

7. Technology & Platform Disclaimer

Services may be delivered via third-party platforms (e.g., video conferencing, payment processors, hosting platforms).

By participating, you acknowledge that:

  • These platforms operate independently and are outside of NextVersionNow’s control

  • No guarantee can be made regarding uninterrupted access, privacy, or security

NextVersionNow is not liable for:

  • Technical failures

  • Data breaches

  • Platform outages or interruptions

You are responsible for maintaining a secure and private environment on your end.

If a technical issue occurs on the coach’s end preventing delivery, a reasonable make-up session will be offered.

8. Boundaries & Communication

Coaching access is limited to agreed-upon formats, timeframes, and platforms.

  • Communication outside scheduled sessions is not guaranteed

  • Excessive, unscheduled, or boundary-crossing communication may not receive a response

NextVersionNow does not provide emergency or crisis support.

9. Professional Conduct

A respectful, professional environment is required at all times.

Services may be terminated immediately, without refund, if:

  • Disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior occurs

  • Boundaries are repeatedly violated

  • The coaching relationship becomes unproductive or misaligned

10. Elite / High-Level Client Standard

For advanced or high-level coaching containers:

  • Participation requires a high level of personal responsibility, self-leadership, and emotional maturity

  • NextVersionNow reserves the right to accept or decline clients based on alignment

  • Continued participation is contingent on engagement and integrity within the container

Failure to meet these standards may result in removal without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, materials, frameworks, and methodologies are the intellectual property of NextVersionNow.

You may not:

  • Copy

  • Share

  • Reproduce

  • Distribute

any materials without prior written consent.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NextVersionNow shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Use of Services or digital products

  • Decisions or actions taken based on content

  • Technical or platform-related issues

Your participation is voluntary and at your own risk.

13. Health & Personal Responsibility

By participating, you confirm that you are in a suitable mental and emotional state to engage in coaching or personal development work.

If you are experiencing a medical or psychological emergency, you agree to seek appropriate licensed care.

14. Termination

NextVersionNow reserves the right to terminate services at any time if:

  • These Terms are violated

  • Boundaries are not respected

  • The working relationship is no longer aligned or effective

  • No refunds will be issued upon termination.

15. Agreement & Acceptance

By purchasing, booking, or accessing any Service, you acknowledge that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms & Conditions

  • You agree to be legally bound by them

  • You accept full responsibility for your participation and outcomes
